ROTTERPOUCE WAFFEL

The Rotterpouce Waffel is our ode to the classic, but with a WAFFEL twist. Made from fresh croissant dough that rises beautifully and bakes into a perfectly crisp waffel base.

After baking, we dip it in a layer of pink ruby chocolate. Lightly sweet, fresh and simply irresistible in both colour and flavour. On top we pipe our homemade pastry cream, creamy and velvety smooth with real vanilla. The combination is familiar but just a little different. Crispy, creamy, fresh and surprisingly well balanced.
