TIRAMISU WAFFEL

Our Tiramisu Waffel is a loving nod to the Italian classic, but with a crispy WAFFEL base. Made from fresh croissant dough that we bake until golden brown and perfectly crispy on the outside and airy on the inside.

The topping starts with a layer of homemade mascarpone cream, velvety smooth and full of flavour. On top of that we pour our own freshly brewed espresso, made from honestly sourced beans that provide a deep, aromatic flavour. We finish it off with a generous sprinkle of cocoa powder for that recognisable tiramisu character.

This waffle is creamy, strong and soft at the same time. A perfect balance of sweet and bitter, airy and moist. Artisanal, made with love and passion for taste.
